"I’m only good at being honest,
like broken glass honest.
like thin sheet of ice honest.
like pin on a grenade honest."

Growing up, I was constantly flucuating between visual and written media, finding comfort in the walls of the local art museum and the faded yellow pages of thrifted poetry books. As I found myself turning to creating my own art as an outlet to process the pain, grief, joy, and curiosity of life, I realized that art was a form of communication. A way to metaphorically scream from the rooftops, "I am here! I am here! I am feeling it all!" And thus, I started combining painting with poetry and letting my artisitic expression be a fluid and ever-changing source of communication. While you navigate this site, I hope you can hear my voice, and, even more, you can hear parts of your own voice, too.
